Why do many of our car prices include a Finance Deposit Allowance (FDA)?
At CheapNewVauxhalls.co.uk, we're constantly looking at new ways to ensure our customers always pay the lowest possible price. Sometimes, in addition to our normal discounts off the MRRP, we will also include the FDA saving in the advertised price. The FDA saving is the amount that the Manufacturer or we will pay towards your finance deposit when you choose to finance on certain Finance plans.

Do you take part-exchanges?
Yes. If you are considering part exchanging your current vehicle we are able to provide you with a quote which will be subject to us road testing and viewing your part exchange. Unfortunately, in some cases, we may need to view and road test a vehicle before we can give your part exchange price. If you are Part exchanging your vehicle, due to the new government legislation you must bring us the original V5 registration document and a current MOT certificate (if your vehicle is over 3 years old) together with any service history, book pack, radio code and spare key. It is the customers responsibility to advise CheapNewVauxhalls.co.uk, before a valuation is given, if a part exchange vehicle has been imported, has any damage or if the vehicle has had bodywork repairs.
Do you accept GM Card Points?

Who is the finance provider that CheapNewVauxhalls.co.uk use?
Finance is provided through a number of Finance companies but it is primarily provided through GMAC, the finance division of Genaral Motors. How long can I take a finance agreement over?
The minimum loan period is 12 months and the maximum term we can provide is 5 years.
Will you do a credit check on me?
Yes if finance is required. As with all other types of finance, in order to qualify our finance providers will have to carry out credit checks with credit reference agencies.

If I'm not financing the vehicle through CheapNewVauxhalls.co.uk, what are the payment methods available?
We accept payment on the day of collection / delivery in the form of Building Society cheque, Bankers draft or debit transfer. If a vehicle is being delivered we will require this at least one working day before delivery. The maximum cash sum that we can accept with prior notification is £3000. The maximum we can accept on Credit Card is £500 (except GM Card). Any amount above this will incur a surcharge of between 1.5% and 3.5%. Private cheques can be accepted but delivery will be delayed until funds have been transferred to us (normally 10 working days). Please make all cheques payable to CheapNewVauxhalls.co.uk.
How is my vehicle taxed?
All we require is to see an original certificate of insurance or cover note with your new registration number on it to tax your car. We also need to see an insurance certificate/cover note before a vehicle can be released as per the 'Duty of Care' legislation. We can provide you with a competitively priced insurance quote today. How do I take possession of my car?
You can either collect your new vehicle from your nearest CheapNewVauxhalls.co.uk dealership or we'll deliver your vehicle to your home or work address at a convenient time (the cost of this service would be agreed beforehand).
Can I view your vehicles?
